Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance with preparing pleadings. E-filing of court documents with NV Courts. Keeping clients updated on their cases on a regular basis. Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Taking and handling messages. Scheduling hearings, preparing notices, communication with clerks of the court and judges' assistants. Must be organized. Calendaring deadlines. Excellent typing, writing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
