Will have strong writing and verbal skills and three to five years of experience. Experience in the following categories will be considered: Responding to and drafting discovery. Reviewing and analyzing case files and discovery. Drafting initial and periodic reports/summaries to insurance carriers. Drafting pleadings. Defending and taking depositions. Handling hearings.
