Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience with litigation matters to join a busy litigation practice group with interesting cases. Draft pleadings and appear at motions hearings. Prepare for and defend clients and expert witnesses at deposition. Draft dispositive motions and argue. Trial preparation, Attend trial as second-chair or lead counsel where appropriate. Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school. Admission to DC bar or waiver eligibility (required). Admission(s) to MD and/or VA preferred.
