Experienced Family Law Paralegal The candidate's duties include drafting discovery; responding to discovery; meeting with clients; intake; prepping clients for discovery, trial etc.; and answering phones when needed. Should preferably have an Associate degree and experience of 3 years as a Paralegal. Must be an experienced family law firm paralegal. Should preferably have 5+ years working as a paralegal in a family law firm setting.
