Family Law Attorney Duties : Will provide quality legal representation to clients in Virginia family law cases, including contested cases; communicating with clients, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure cases are handled appropriately; and working at a fast pace on a high volume of cases, with a great attention to detail. Requirements : The candidate must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar and have a minimum of 2 years experience in family law. Must be self-motivated, organized and diligent, with proven litigation skills. Experience with PC Law or a similar client database and billing system; experience with electronic case management systems; and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
