Estate Planning Attorney The candidate primary duties of the position include drafting estate planning and trust documents and navigating estate and trust administration. This position will also represent clients with respect to estate and/or trust litigation matters. Must have strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Should have J.D. from accredited law school. Must have license to practice law in Maryland and good standing with Maryland Bar. Should have 1-3 years of experience practicing law in the State of Maryland. Litigation experience preferred.
