Business/Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will do direct client involvement from intake through close of case. Assist with case strategy, perform legal research, and draft motions and pleadings. Attend and/or lead depositions, hearings, and trials. Manage cases and assist with trial preparation. Should have strong research and writing skills. Should be personable and know how to interact with clients. Superb organization skills are needed. Should have an ability to try to figure stuff out first, but not be afraid of asking for guidance quickly. Should preferably have 3+ years of litigation, insurance defense, or similar experience. Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing and admitted into Southern District. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
