Must have passed the Bar Exam in California; strong negotiator skills; the desire to represent the underdog; strong communication, grammar, and organization skills; ability to handle many tasks at once. Must be hungry, relentless, and resilient; eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability; able to work in a team environment.
