Paralegal / Legal Secretary (Not Remote) PT/FT The candidate's duties include: Document Management: initial drafting, proofreading, correspondence, copying, filing, scanning & send documents through mail, Clio, Outlook E-mail and Adobe Sign. Manage new client intake and be able to conduct potential client interviews; Tracking time and document management in Clio - our legal software system. Schedule meetings, manage court and office calendars; Help answer phones & greet clients professionally. Job Requirements: Expert in Microsoft 365 and Word -Specifically, includes formatting styles, paragraphs, footers and tables. Trouble shooting and reformatting preformatted documents; Highly proficient in Outlook, Adobe Pro and Excel, Power Point and Clio; Should have minimum 2 years of experience drafting legal documents, ideally in a law office.
