Part-time Corporate Paralegal / Office Assistant The candidate will be forming and maintaining different types of LLPs, partnerships, foundations and nonprofits. Will be understanding various states incorporation rules, corporate filing guidelines and required documentation for corporate matters. Managing and maintaining various corporate deadlines, including annual reports. Managing spreadsheet and database of corporate entities. Handling new client matters, including engagement letters. Processing accounts receivable utilizing online banking. Additional responsibilities as needed. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required. Must be experienced utilizing Quickbooks online. Knowledge of PCLaw a plus.
