Associate Attorney The candidate will serve in the representation of local governments over a wide variety of issues, including without limitation torts, civil rights, eminent domain, landfill siting and regulation, redistricting, voting rights, election disputes, employment claims, road disputes and subdivision regulation litigation. Litigation and administrative hearings are common responsibilities along with consultation and providing continuing education to elected officials on a wide variety of topics. Should have experience in defense litigation and administrative hearings. Travel is common, requiring organized, self-sufficient and disciplined individual with experience with time and expense billing. Prior governmental representation preferred.
