Staff Attorney, Structured Finance / Asset Securitization The candidate will be responsible for: Representing companies and financial institutions in financing activities; Providing advice to clients on structured transactions and understanding of commercial and securities law issues as they relate to finance transactions. Should preferably have strong academic credentials as well as excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills. New York and DC Bar Admissions preferred. Must have 1+ year of transactional law experience at a law firm, bank or other finance company.
