Assistant Manager/Paralegal The candidate will provide direct support to the firm s managing partner and firm administrator, as well as provide legal support to attorneys and legal staff. Will assist the office administrator with ordering supplies, organizing the office and case files, managing outside vendors (such as for IT, website, and equipment), and accounts payables. Assist the managing partner with various special projects relating to business and client development, firm social events, managing case and client files, and attorney presentations, conferences, and continuing education. Assist paralegal staff with legal calendaring, court filings, online legal research, document productions, and preparing shell documents for pleadings, discovery, motions and other documents as needed. Must have 2-3 years of working experience in multiple functions as a paralegal or legal assistant, office management, and/or accounting. Should preferably have Bachelor degree and/or paralegal certification. Administrative and legal assistant experience is required. Proficiency with MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point is needed.
