Part-time Real Estate / HOA Law Attorney The candidate should have a good understanding of contract and real estate law. Experience with timeshare, condo, and/or HOA law is preferred. UBE licensing preferred, and/or multi-licensed candidates strongly preferred. Expertise in FDCPA and FCRA. Should have Debtor/Creditor experience and litigation experience in federal court. Should have plaintiff or defendant experience. Should have bankruptcy experience. Must have strong preference with timeshare, litigation, contract, and HOA experience.
