Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2-3 years experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal setting. Should have good communication skills, a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information in an appropriate and professional manner. Experience with Word, WordPerfect, and Worldox is preferred. Will assist attorneys in all aspects of day-to-day handling of litigation, including, but not limited to, knowledge of Court Rules, Statutes, formatting, and more specifically identified tasks below. Bachelor's Degree required. Undergraduate/Graduate required. Paralegal Certificate required.
