Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Review of case file materials; Preparation of defendant's discovery responses and supplemental responses as the case progresses; Analysis and summary of plaintiff's discovery responses; Preparation of non-party requests for production of documents and/or subpoenas in order to obtain documents; Preparation of medical chronologies; Preparation of summaries of billing documents; Contact potential experts and prepare files for expert review; Contact and interview potential witnesses; Analysis and summary of plaintiff/defendant/witness deposition testimony; Preparation of evidence documentation to be utilized at trial; Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with attorney. Must have 2-5 years of experience in defense litigation.
