Attorney The candidate will be managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, drafting/opposing motions, appearing at depositions and various court appearances, and working closely with other attorneys and partners on matters. Should have 2+ years of litigation defense experience handling general liability matters. Must be admitted to the Utah State Bar, possess excellent communication, research and writing skills, and have attention to detail and accuracy.
