Attorney - Civil Litigation Casualty Defense The candidate should have 3 years of experience to litigate first-party and third-party casualty insurance claims. Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and/or Assistant Attorney General experience is highly desired. Insurance defense experience helpful. Should have strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. Must have experience in taking and defending depositions, discovery, and pre-trial motions. The ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, with a client-first mindset is required. Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Experience with Westlaw and Adobe is highly desired.
