Paralegal The candidate will be working cases from initial intake to final hearing and post decree. Should be very knowledgeable of civil procedure, propounding and responding to discovery and trial. Two-year degree in paralegal studies or NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants) certification and 2+ years of family law litigation experience is required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university plus paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program are preferred. Excellent communication skills and are required. Knowledge of Excel is preferred.
