Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will focus on removal defense (bond hearings and cancellation of removal), family based applications, U Visas, VAWA and waiver applications. Prepare applications, affidavits, conduct research, prepare briefs, meet with clients and/or represent clients at interviews and hearings at the local USCIS and EOIR (Phoenix, Eloy, Florence and Tucson) and oversee paralegal work. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under time constraints required. Law licensed in the state or other jurisdiction required. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Strong writing and speaking skills required.
