Associate Attorney (Foreclosure and Real Estate) The candidate will be responsible for foreclosure litigation and management of foreclosure actions. Will be checking dockets, making appearances, drafting motions, completing legal research and writing assignments in both routine and contested foreclosure matters, supervising law clerks and paralegal staff, and handling administrative matters. Excellent communication with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of directives is essential. Must have experience in litigation and/or Ohio foreclosure actions.
