Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will assist Senior Partner in all aspects. Draft and review pleading, motions, discovery responses, etc. Handle and negotiate demands. Help with defending or conducting depositions. And assist with trial preparations. The candidate must be admitted in the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing. Should have 1-2 years of previous experience personal injury law and will work with recent law school graduates as well.
