Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCIS, CBP, and DOS. Will draft RFE responses. Assist with all employment-based immigration cases as assigned by attorneys. Monitor expiration dates of foreign national employees. Manage PERM filing programs for clients. Respond to client communication. Prepare content for firms blog and newsletter. Must have Bachelor's degree in a humanities, social science, communications, or journalism field. Must have 9+ months experience with corporate immigration. Experience preparing H-1B petitions is essential. Experience preparing PERM petitions is needed.
