Seeking Paralegal with 1-5 years litigation experience, preferably in insurance related matters, claim investigation, subrogation investigation and casualty defense, including personal injury claims. Candidate should have experience in preparing subpoenas, organizing depositions, and preparing documents for trial. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Westlaw and Pacer preferred. Must possess professional demeanor, have excellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment, have enthusiasm for the work, confidence in abilities and require little supervision.
