Junior Legal Secretary Duties: Provides clerical and administrative support to a group of attorneys and staff. Perform administrative and legal secretarial duties. Working collaboratively employees and clients of the firm. Prepares documents and organizes files as required Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Finds and retrieves information from files in response to requests from authorized users. Assists staff with special projects as needed. Provides assistance to attorneys when secretaries are on vacation or PTO. Covers front desk/reception area when receptionist is out. Performs related duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or its equivalent. 2+ years of related administrative or legal secretary experience. Strong desire to work in the legal field. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
