Legal Secretary - Corporate The candidate must have strong MS Office skills and be highly skilled at document editing, providing administrative support, making travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and other clerical tasks. Must have the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding discussions, records, files, documents and information. Must also be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes. Should preferably have extraordinary attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills and keen proofreading abilities. Professional presentation and demeanor is required at all times. Must have 5+ years of Corporate experience in the legal or professional services industry. A Bachelor s Degree is preferred.
