Associate Attorney (Auto Insurance Defense) The candidate should have JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school. Must be Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Must have strong litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense experience. Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation is required. Must have excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries.
