Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all facets of paralegal support for the Firm s client project program. Will be reporting to the Client Program Supervisor, primary responsibilities include:will be drafting and reviewing a variety of documents including contracts and non-disclosure agreements. Will be analyzing and reviewing regulatory requirements. Will be reviewing of advertisements to ensure legal and policy compliance. Will be creating and maintaining database of agreements.
The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree or paralegal legal certificate with a minimum of five years experience in corporate transactional work. Must have proficiency with electronic research tools and MS Office suite a must. Must have the ability to work in an organized, efficient manner under minimal supervision, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, together with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive detail.
