Civil Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will draft pleadings/motions. Will assist with document review. Taking/defending depositions. Attending court hearings. Should have 2+ years of experience in litigation (civil litigation defense work preferred). Must be Licensed to Practice in Arizona in good standing. Experience with AIM PerfectLaw software a plus.
