Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate will draft client correspondence, pleadings, discovery, compromise settlement agreements and briefs. BA/BS degree is preferred. Should have 3+ years of prior workers compensation paralegal experience. Must have workers compensation or liability defense experience. NC Workers Compensation and Civil Litigation background strongly is preferred. Must have an understanding of court rules, legal strategy procedures, pertinent statutes and litigation deadlines. Must possess excellent legal research skill. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, as well as Outlook and Time slips is strongly desired. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Send a resume.
