Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 1-2 years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions and arguing motions. Must be skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery requests and responses, and drafting motions and memoranda. A self-starter who is motivated and hard-working. Excellent writing skills and legal analysis are required. Experience in Medical Malpractice Defense and/or Insurance Defense-Personal Injury preferred. Must be licensed in the State of Utah.
