Family Law Attorney The candidate must have 5+ years of civil litigation or family law experience. Should be licensed in California and have graduated from an accredited law school. Ability to handle high asset and highly complex caseload with minimal supervision is required. Excellent writing and people skills are needed. Substantive experience and knowledge of statutes, regulations, and rules affecting family law (or motivated to obtain very fast) is essential. Should have excellent presentation and communication in court and at the office.
