Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in personal injury, general liability and professional liability. Should have experience managing files and be proficient in drafting and responding to discovery demands, communicating with expert witness and insureds, and preparing cases for trial. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, professional, reliable, a team player and able to efficiently multi-task. Experience in Connecticut litigation and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required.
