Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 1+ year of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Licensed and in good standing with CO, AZ, and/or NM State Bars is a plus. Experience drafting and responding to motions required. Must have experience in presenting oral arguments at contested hearings and trials (bench and/or jury). Should have experience taking and defending depositions. Must have substantial knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Texas State Bar required. Colorado, Arizona and/or New Mexico State bar preferred.
