Immigration Attorney The candidate will prepare H-1B, H-1B1, TN, O-1, EB-1 and other employment-based cases; perform legal writing; communicate with corporate clients on a daily basis; advise on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters, and stay abreast of changes in immigration law. Should have 2+ years of experience with U.S. employment-based immigration, including hands-on case preparation, and high-volume nonimmigrant (H-1B, E-3, H-1B1 and TN) case management. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese, and experience working with Chinese-based corporate clients are a plus.
