Attorney- Public Law/Litigator The candidate will be working closely with public agency clients, reviewing and drafting contracts in all areas, handling daily municipal law questions, assisting with drafting council meeting agendas and opinion memoranda. Will work in a fast paced, but exciting environment and deal with client's office and staff. Must have excellent research and writing skills, organizational skills, communication skills and knowledge of Brown Act. Must be experienced public law lawyer/litigator. Prior experience in employment and civil rights matters a plus.
