Legal Secretary The candidate will handle all aspects of the firm, including answering phones, setting up appointments and the ability to converse with clients, attorneys, court personnel, title companies and real estate agents in a professional and pleasant manner. Crucial is having proficiency with multi-tasking, paying attention to detail, strong organizational skills and follow-up. Must have 5+ years of experience in preparation of wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills, powers of attorney, real estate contracts, deeds, recording documents, closing disclosures and closing statements. Proficient in reviewing title reports and clearing title exceptions. Must have Notary License.
