Immigration Paralegal The candidate should be a bilingual paralegal with 5 years of experience that can handle each of the following immigration processes: Adjustments of Status; Natz; Consular Processing; Asylum; Removal Defense / Court forms and evidence; U-visas and VAWA; Complex Waivers. Bi-lingual Immigration Paralegal required. Fluent in Spanish required. Excellent writing (including experience doing immigration declarations) is a must. Ability to learn, adapt to and contribute to firm policies and procedures is a must.
