Plaintiffs Personal Injury Paralegal - Catastrophic The candidate will become an integral part of our Litigation, Plaintiff's Personal Injury Team and work directly with the firms partner. Managing PIP and lien issues for clients. Request and obtain records/bills/documents. Maintain regular client contact. Ability to manage a case from beginning to end. Work independently. Maintain/organize file related information. Record and store client information (digitally and manually). Ability to manage your own case load. Should have previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant. 5 years of catastrophic specific personal injury case load carrying experience is desired. Catastrophic Personal Injury experience in an NJ venue is a requirement (PA is a plus). Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
