Medicaid/Probate/Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will be working directly with clients to gather documentation necessary to complete the Medicaid application, preparing and filing necessary probate documents for estate administration, drafting estate planning documents as directed by attorneys, and assisting clients with funding estate plans. Must have 5 years of relative experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
