Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills and has experience preparing civil litigation cases. Trial experience preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, at least 2 years civil litigation preferred. Possess great Writing & Research Skills. Able to build Client Relationships and practice Client Confidentiality. Experience in Construction Defect cases a plus. Take depositions and appear in court regularly. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
