Personal Injury Prelitigation Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate will handle all prelitigation aspects of a personal injury case file. Interview/setup appointments with prospective clients. Open insurance claims. Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens. Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that will help build a case. Collect and organize medical records. Assist clients with scheduling doctor appointments. Resolve PD and Loss of Use claims. Prepare files for Demand. Negotiate Liens. Should have 3 years of prior experience in personal injury case management. Must be able to handle a case file from intake to settlement or litigation. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills are necessary. Fluency in bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
