Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of business litigation experience in a large law firm (or in-house corporate legal department). Familiarity with California and Federal court systems and rules of procedure is essential. Paralegal certificate required. Should preferably have experience with class action suits; 4-year college degree. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Summation, JFS, Concordance experience required. Strong E-discovery and drafting skills required. Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team setting, and excellent interpersonal skills for frequent client contact and communication. The ability to work effectively with staff, attorneys and clients is required.
