Experienced Litigation Paralegal The candidate will review and organize large litigation case files; Prepare and organize index exhibits; Create trial binders; Review and analyze documents for production. Should have 5+ years of personal injury civil litigation experience. Must be familiar with civil and federal litigation procedures. Should have excellent working knowledge of Georgia federal and state court e-filing, rules and procedures. Must be experienced in drafting demands, motions, pleadings and discovery documents with meticulous writing skills. Experience in conducting and analyzing legal research is preferred. Should have knowledge of docketing and electronic calendaring software. Knowledge of legal and medical terminology is a plus. Must have accurate Typing skills 60-70 wpm. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point; LexisNexis, CM/ECF and Pacer.
