Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Handle 7-15 FLSA, ADA, and other business lawsuits simultaneously under the supervision of the managing partner. Leverage technology to be highly efficient and organized. Leverage data to have advantages in negotiation and legal practice. Litigate cases supported by a legal assistant/paralegal with other attorneys to discuss the matters with. Mentor legal assistants and paralegals. Continuously improve legal processes. Qualifications:. Current member of the Arizona Bar in good standing with no discipline history. An active member of additional state bar associations. 3+ years post-JD Degree with 2+ years as a civil litigator. Be eligible to serve as a compliance lawyer for Arizona's alternative business structure. Demonstrably technologically inclined, proficient in Word and Excel. Preferred: English-Spanish bilingual. IP experience with trademarks, TTAB actions, responding to office actions, etc. Inside sales experience. Must have done any coding. Excel Macros, Python, HTML, etc. Being highly technology inclined is an asset here.
