Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will regular contact with clients providing routine updates about their cases. Requesting medical documents/bills, police reports, etc. Preparation of Pleadings, i.e. complaints, discovery, disclosures, pre-hearing statements, etc. All matters commonly related to a Plaintiff's personal injury practice whether in Pre-Lit or Lit. Answering incoming phone calls. Drafting demand. An associate's degree or paralegal certification is needed. Should have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal with personal injury experience. Should have great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, outgoing interpersonal skills, independent time management, work well independently as well as part of a team, strong work ethic, and willing to assume job duties in multiple roles as needed to benefit the company. Excellent writing and oral communication skills are essential. Exceptional attention to detail is needed. Strong organizational skills are required. Hardworking, self-starter, and independent are essential. Strong interest in learning and in being the best you can be. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual is preferred.
