Personal Injury Paralegal - Pre Litigation The candidate will handle a caseload from inception through initial stages of litigation. Will set up claims, investigate and confirm insurance coverage. Monitor No Fault benefits (inclduing lost wages), IMEs, treatment. Obtain and organize medical records, prepare specials packages. Should have 3+ years of relevant plaintiff's personal injury experience. Communicate with medical providers & insurance companies. Heavy client contact. Russian or Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of Lex PI is a plus. Excellent communication & people skills are a must.
