Family Law Attorney The candidate will prepare for and attend hearings, trial, depositions, mediations, and other events necessary to progress each assigned case. Will give clients routine status updates for each assigned case. Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for trial, hearings, and other appointments when needed. Must have 1-2 years of family law experience with Bar admission in the state of Florida. Excellent legal, writing, and analytical skills required. Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure needed. Knowledge Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure essential. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
