Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will provide administrative support to the attorneys and enhance office effectiveness. Work closely with paralegals and staff to manage attorneys calendars and schedules. Handle communications with clients, witnesses, etc. Locate and develop case relevant information. Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence. Answers phone calls and schedules appointments. Administratively support and attend trials. Conducting and coordinating client intakes. Prepare and file basic legal documents, including subpoenas and judicial counsel forms. 1-5 years of proven working experience as Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal required. Excellent secretarial and organizational skills required. Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure required. Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system required. Proficiency in English required. Computer literacy required.
