Associate Attorney- Personal Injury Duties: Propound and respond to discovery. Perform legal research, draft motions, form complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary. Prepare clients for and take and defend depositions. Attend State and Federal court hearings as required. Assist Senior Associate with maintenance of case load ensuring all cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines. Provide excellent service to all clients. Qualifications: Good standing and have a CA license and 1-2+ years of experience. Experience in Personal Injury law required. Should have experience with Abacus, Essential Forms and Microsoft Office. Experience in PowerPoint is useful. Must be able to work under strict deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent research skills and oral and written communication skills.
